Ms. Kahn is a graduate of Boston University, with a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude. She graduated Boston University School of Law, in 1984, with the degree of Juris Doctor. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Rockland County Bar Association where she serves on the Real Estate Committee. She is a New York State certified real estate instructor and teaches classes in real estate law and continuing education classes to realtors. She is also a member of the Rockland County Board of Realtors and the New York Association of Mortgage Brokers. Ms. Kahn is an approved closing attorney for numerous mortgage lending institutions, both wholesale and retail, as well as a number of national third party relocation companies. Ms. Kahn also serves on the Board of Director of Meals on Wheels of Rockland County. She concentrates in the areas of real estate, mortgage banking and business law.
PAUL B. KAHN
Mr. Kahn is graduate of Pace University School of Law with a Certificate in Environmental Law. He is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey. Mr. Kahn has served on the Board of Directors for the Rockland County Board of Realtors. He is certified by the State of New York to teach Real Estate Salesperson and Broker courses and regularly teaches continuing education and licensing courses for the Rockland County Board of Realtors. Before joining the firm Mr. Kahn worked in the title insurance field. As a result of this experience he has developed a diversified expertise in title insurance and the solution of title problems. Mr. Kahn currently serves on the Board of Directors of New City Little League and the New City Chamber of Commerce. He is also a current member of the Nanuet Rotary Club where he previously served on the Board of Directors. Mr. Kahn concentrates in the areas of title, real estate, business and condominium law.
MARK B. LICKER
Mr. Licker graduated Queens College and Boston University School of Law, cum laude, in 1983. Prior to his association with the firm, Mr. Licker served as the New York Legal Counsel to K. Hovnanian Companies, a national developer listed on the American Stock Exchange. He was also previously an associate with the New York law firm of Cahill, Gordon & Reindel. In addition, Mr. Licker has a degree in accounting and began his career as a lawyer with the accounting firm of Ernst and Whinney. In addition to his regular practice, Mr. Licker is an assistant Public Defender. His areas of practice include condominium law, real estate, business, criminal defense and litigation.
