Mr. Licker graduated Queens College and Boston University School of Law, cum laude, in 1983. Prior to his association with the firm, Mr. Licker served as the New York Legal Counsel to K. Hovnanian Companies, a national developer listed on the American Stock Exchange. He was also previously an associate with the New York law firm of Cahill, Gordon & Reindel. In addition, Mr. Licker has a degree in accounting and began his career as a lawyer with the accounting firm of Ernst and Whinney. In addition to his regular practice, Mr. Licker is an Assistant Rockland County Public Defender. His areas of practice include condominium law, real estate, business, criminal defense and litigation.
