Mr. Kahn is a graduate of Pace University School of Law with a Certificate in Environmental Law and concentrates his practice in real estate, business, condominium, and homeowners association law. He enjoys representing buyers and sellers of real estate, helping clients navigate these important milestones from contract to closing. He also represents not-for-profit corporations and religious organizations in real estate transactions, including assisting with required board, membership, Attorney General, and court approvals.
Mr. Kahn represents condominium and homeowners associations, advising boards and property managers on governance, rules and regulations, assessments, violations, enforcement, collections, liens, contracts, and other property matters. Before joining the firm, he worked in the title insurance industry, developing extensive experience in title insurance and resolving title issues.
Mr. Kahn has served on the Board of Directors of the Rockland County Board of Realtors and was certified by New York State to teach Real Estate Salesperson and Broker courses. He also taught continuing education and licensing courses for the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors. Mr. Kahn is active in the community, serving on the Board of Directors of New City Little League and as a member of the New City Rotary.
